Since the fourth Dalian Red Cross Youth Culture and Art Festival was held in June 2023, 91 schools in the city participated, and more than 1700 works of painting, calligraphy, talent and language were received by the Red Cross societies of various districts, counties and universities。After evaluation by the Municipal Red Cross Society, 117 works won the first, second and third prizes respectively, 6 teachers won the excellent instructor award, and 15 schools won the excellent organization award。
